Compliance, coordination and collaboration
1. Compliance:

We provide the administrative infrastructure that you need to put a private securities deal together.  By becoming a fully licensed Registered Representative with our firm, you can legally accept commissions, and gear your business to accepting such commissions.  In exchange, we are obligated to know, supervise and report on your business activities, including:

  • the securities you sell,
  • your communications with the public,
  • the investors with whom you work. 
We make every effort to create a process that is efficient, transparent and forthright.  We intend to provide you with the flexibility and independence that you need to conduct your business.  At the same time, we take our compliance risks seriously – and ask that you do the same.

2. Coordination:

Unlike our competitors, our value-add services do not stop once we have signed off on your deal.  We know that your time is best spent making calls and conducting business, not researching and implementing administrative management decisions.   Therefore, we have systematized and aggregated some of the most tedious tasks so that you can concentrate on what you do best. 

We believe that we offer the most convincing package for the success-minded salesperson.  Judge for yourself: 

  • We pay all Broker Dealer fees and taxes – you won’t be nickel and dimed
  • We pay for your IT package – compliant communications on our bill
  • Errors and Omissions insurance  – umbrella coverage policy with established vendor
  • Proprietary CRM -  enter it and forget it – unheard of in private securities
  • Data room for your unique use – the quickest way to organize your sales proposition and find serious $$$
3. Collaboration:

The beauty of our industry is that no deal is like another.  Each transaction depends on dedicated intermediaries who can find their way to a way …. even  when most would give up.

We do our best to foster a sense of community among our affiliates.  We have created a hub through which investment opportunities can be shared with other like-minded business people.  We are looking to provide a venue where big money can meet big ideas.
