As VP of Institutional Marketing and Client Service for a regional third party marketing firm, he led the effort in raising assets for their Private Equity, Long/Short, and Distressed Credit fund managers. As VP of Institutional Fixed Income Sales at First Tennessee Financial, he analyzed, selected and traded structured mortgage backed, corporate, and US government debt instruments. He co-founded the Mortgage Finance investment banking division at Dain Rauscher, where they sourced, underwrote, structured, securitized, and traded both public and private mortgage backed debt transactions. He began his career at Morgan Keegan and Company in their Mortgage Finance division.

Brian joined EQUITYMULTIPLE from Mission Capital Advisors, where he worked with the Residential and Commercial Loan Sale teams in addition to the Mortgage Servicing Group. Prior to joining Mission Capital, Brian interned with Morgan Stanley as a Wealth Management intern and Vectra Capital, a New York-based commodity and financial contracts trading firm focusing on North American energy.

van Weede, Steven
Steven van Weede is the Managing Director of Enclude Capital Advisory Services team, where he has led and supervised teams in a variety of equity and debt raising transactions, utilizing his previous experience in designing and structuring funds to meet sectoral-specific needs. He is an investment banker by training with 21 years of transaction experience.
Mr. van Weede has acquired expertise in working with small and growing businesses, determining how best to meet their capital needs to fulfill business objectives through his work with the investment banking teams at Merrill Lynch (now Bank of America) and Citi in both London and Johannesburg, and subsequently as a co-founding CEO of Gryphon Investment Bank. He was a corporate finance specialist (balance sheet optimization, structuring equity and equity-linked financings and debt advisory) before taking on wider coverage roles which also included M&A, private equity financing and debt re-structuring. Immediately prior to joining Enclude, Mr. van Weede supported an NGO in establishing a fund focused on healthcare.
Mr. van Weede holds a Masters in Finance and Economics from Groningen University, and followed an executive MBA program at Wharton.

Anne Vrolyk is the Founder of Vrolyk Capital Partners, which supplies a range of investment banking services to growing companies. She has over 30 years of investment banking advisory and consulting experience specializing in the consumer sector.
Ms. Vrolyk specialized in mergers and acquisition and in private financing of both debt and equity. Her background covers a wide range of industries with the largest focus in the consumer and business services sectors. Prior to Vrolyk Capital Partners, Ms. Vrolyk spend two years as a Managing Director of Vaint Capital and prior to that served for over twenty years as founder and Managing Director of Vrolyk & Company, a boutique investment bank based in San Francisco. Prior to founding Vrolyk & Company, she spent five years as a generalist in the merger department of Alex. Brown & Sons in San Francisco. Previous to ABS, she was with the merger department of Goldman Sachs in New York and also worked for Kidder Peabody in New York and Scudder, Steven & Clark in Los Angeles.

David Waxman is Managing Director of Azla Advisors. He has over 25 years’ experience as a private equity & private debt fund primary placement & secondary advisor, equity sponsor, and CEO.
Over the past 11 years, Mr. Waxman has been responsible for Azla’s primary placement advising and the execution of multiple funds behalf of GPs with a focus on private debt, lower middle market growth equity and specialty strategy GP’s. He has also overseen Azla’s origination, valuation and execution of multiple secondary transactions on behalf of top-tier institutional LP’s and global financial services firms.
Previously, Mr. Waxman served as an equity sponsor at a US-based GP and CEO of two growth companies that achieved M&A exits.

Jonathan Weibrecht is the Director of Real Estate Capital Markets of Harbor, a global leader in security token issuance and innovation.
Jonathan has over 10 years of investment banking and investment management experience. Prior to joining Harbor, Jonathan was a Vice President at Moelis & Company, providing strategic advice to global Real Estate, Gaming, Lodging and Leisure companies. At Moelis, Jonathan Co-Founded the Seasonal Leisure practice, which advised companies in the Ski, Golf, Cruise Line and other seasonal leisure industries. Notable transactions included the take private sale of Intrawest to an Aspen/KSL consortium for $1.5bn, the largest transaction in the Ski Resort industry in over 10 years.
Before joining Moelis & Company, Jonathan worked in the Real Estate & Lodging Investment Banking Group at Citi. Prior to joining Citi, Jonathan worked in the Private Wealth Management divisions of Lehman Brothers and Merrill Lynch where he advised Ultra High Net Worth Individuals on asset allocation and investment selection.
Jonathan grew up in Lake Placid, New York where he worked in his family’s Lodging and Real Estate Development business. Previously, Mr. Wilson held positions of increasing responsibility in investor development, portfolio management and trading with leading institutional and alternative management firms including Antares Capital, Blue Mountain Capital, PIMCO and Coast Asset Management.
