Scott Blumin

Scott Blumin is the Technology Director of Growth Capital Services.  In this role, Mr. Blumin advises the company on SEC rule 17a-4 and is the company’s Designated Third Party provider (D3P).

He also works closely with company executives on technology strategy and adherence to company technology policies related to the GCS compliance infrastructure.

Mr. Blumin has worked for over 20 years in Enterprise Sales, Business Process Reengineering, Program Management, Project Management, and IT Services.

During this time, he has worked with Fortune 100 companies; federal, state and local governments; and small and mid-market companies. Mr. Blumin is the Founder and CEO of a technology strategy and implementation consultancy called Scoja, Inc.

A Los Angeles native, Mr. Blumin holds a B.A. in Political Science with a concentration in Organization Behavior from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.

Mr. Blumin lives with his family and three children in San Rafael, CA. He enjoys tennis, yoga, and cycling, and is a lifelong student of performance psychology.
