Justin Schleifer is the Chief Compliance Officer for Growth Capital Services. He is responsible for management and oversight of the firm’s regulatory affairs and its compliance program.

Previously, Mr. Schleifer worked at Gordian Compliance Solutions, a financial services compliance consulting firm that services broker-dealers, fund managers, and investment advisers. While with Gordian he served as Chief Compliance Officer and FinOp for several firms in addition to providing general consulting services, conducting examinations, and assisting with regulatory audits.

Mr. Schleifer earned a BS from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration. He holds FINRA Series 7, 24, 27, 55, 66, and 87 registrations.

Mr. Schleifer is an avid baseball fan and a lover of all things dog-related. He and his wife have three dogs and hope to one day compete in shows.
